I switched net providers (big mistake) our local phone company is
testing the K2 and Kflex systems. It appears they are like Kflex.
So..I'm switching back, since I've bought the Accura 56K. So far so go
with my current ISP. But no way near the 53k that I can get legally from
it.

I've to agreed with you here. I'm sure its just promotional tactics by
the companies.
