   They are doing a similar one down here in Florida too called
   Celebrations. The glitch from what I've heard is that you cannot sell
   the property and you have to live there for four years. And you
   DON'T GET FREE ACCESS TO DISNEY if you are there.
   And trust me they are EXTREMELY HIGH!!!
