Hi everybody,

I am currently in a "BIG-PROJECT" that is already "Under-Schedule",
and I need desperately the source-code for this function (Excel RATE
function), I tryed to write it but, with no success... In some cases
it can't calculate the Tax!!! :(

I REALY NEED SOME HELP HERE!!! OK?!
