They will not agree. Mr. Hunter seems to have a chip on his shoulder
regarding Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile, possibly because they asked him
for a security deposit before they'd give him service. The company is
not perfect, but it is very good -- as good as any privately owned
public utility in the States, and a damn sight better than ANY
government owned and operated utility.
