But the ACA was not written up 400 days before it was voted on. I do
remember sound-bytes of Democratic leaders asking their fellow party members
to go ahead and vote on it without reading it.
I agree, 64 days was not enough. I am not exactly sure what the rush was,
other than to keep a campaign promise. I would rather them have a good idea
of what they plan to replace it with, OR a plan that improves the problems it
has developed, VS. just chucking it out "just because."
I know it has its problems, but a lot of money has been spent on getting it
to where it is. I would rather see them improve it and that money not be
wasted.
