I would not put it exactly like her but she is generally correct. Sure, most
men are not going to rape a woman even if she was naked but why dress and do
things in a manner that might entice some horny young guy who might get the
impression that you wanted sex and then do something  that might ruin his
life. Females need to be considerate of male sensibilities and show some
respect to men.
