They're the same, the key is different.
The "Corporate" edition key does not require activiation, and does not
track what kind of hardware you have installed, so you can change your
hardware on every merry whim.

The Corporate key is designed to be ghosted to other machines after you
build a distribution slice, so the IS department can just reinstall in a
jiff.
