Using various search engines, I could find all sorts of trails up to
around 1997-98. After that the trail goes cold and all the previous email
addresses are dead links. I fear something may have happened to him.
At this point, I'd welcome an answer to one of my other questions - namely
if someone in the UK or Germany could verify that the book is still
available over there and help me purchase some copies. As I mentioned,
Amazon UK and Amazon Germany both list it, but neither will sell to a U.S>
address - apparently a protected sales territory issue.
