Now if only you could only read as well as Mr. Green does.

What I said was that the most important things in life - things such as
love, self-confidence, supportive family, true friends, inner balance
(just in case you can't think of any) can neither be built nor bought.

Though I suppose if you don't mind deluding yourself, you can use money
to rent facsimiles.
