Well, I guess extremeist govt employee puke-faces figure its always worked
on the sheeple in the past, so it'll probably continue to work.  I've even
seen this crock in action from the local level.  A little twit from the
Dallas Co. prosecutes office testified to a state congressional committee
here in Austin about a state law to ban semi-auto rifles.  When I brought
up the question about how it would affect millions of ranchers in Texas,
she countered with "Oh, we just want this law to help fight gangs in
Dallas, it would never be used against honest citizens."  The little skud
even said it with a straight face . . . .
We all know that porkey is going to use every law to max.  Even if she was
telling the truth, from her perspective, she doesn't control every cop in
the state, & what about when she dies?!
Like you say, they are "historical liars."
