I already have a copy, which I jealously guard! It's my client who needs
copies. Also, if I can locate a source or acquire reprint rights, I'll
post the information here, since all other sources seems to have dried up.

I don't have any specific experience to share, but I have heard from
others that the Database Toolchest is portable to Linux. At their web site
http://www.mixsoftware.com/product/database.htm>, they do claim it
supports Linux. And it's still only $50...
