Windows XP came installed on the computer, and unless somebody over-
clocked the chip, it sure wasn't me.  I haven't tampered with anything. So
far on this computer, I've hardly installed anything, just the basics, not
even any games or fancy software that would overwrite .dll files and
whatnot.  I'm not sure that it's the ISP however, since getting out the old
Win98 laptop and using that for uploads works just fine.
