G'day All!
I've asked in the GOLDED echo recently if v2.50 is capable of playing .WAVs
under os/2, and been told that it can. This seems to indicate that either
OS/2 itself or my soundcard (an SB Pro) is at fault, yet system sounds work
fine, as well as sounds from Binkley 2.60 (the only OS/2 native I can think
of that squarks around here...)
Running GED2.EXE -vv gives this less than informative message...
=== Begin ged.txt ===
GoldED/2 2.50
þ Soundcard support could NOT be initialized!
þ Running under OS/2.
=== End ged.txt ===
Any ideas?
have fun
