easy, use cut & paste if you have a multitasker, or while in the full-screen 
editor press Ctrl+K then Ctrl+H and choose 'read from disk' (usually 
restricted to a local sysop). I think there's also an option right on the 
menu if you use bored (since it uses the same menu with some extra options..)
