Just place your Buttonbar on a Panel, and then you Panel1.Hide or
Panel1.Visible:=False, and then make number 2 visible. Simple, if I
understood your question. :)

If I'm not completly mistaken, you are trying to create a texteditor. I once
tried to that also, and to solve the problem you have mentioned above I just
create a TMemo or a TRichEdit(Delphi 2.0) for each document. If you want an
example on how I did that, then please write a mail. :)
