Define "something". We've already had Gary B trying to insist
that CS/tear gas is a CM ergo it is a WMD.

The difference is that the US went to war (& killed lots of people in
very unpleasant ways) on the reverse of that bet.

& as for the cost......what's it now? Nearest billion will do.
