Please explain - NetComm is claiming that from July, all their
(Rockwell-based) modems will be 33.6Kbps (V.34bis); since this uses U.S.
technology, how would they get away with it by U.S. Robotics wouldn't?
It's not like there's any encryption in V.34bis/V.34+...
