As I recall, it was an e-mail from someone who was talking about
something that appeared in Frontline. It was not the Frontline article
itself.  By his account, Frontline claimed there was a plan or at least
a desire within the US government to attack Iraq prior to the WTC
attack.  When he then speculates on the basic philosophy and world-view
of Rumsfeld and others as a possible REASON for this desire, I have no
idea whether that is his addition or a claim that was in fact made in
the article.  If the latter, I'd wonder how the writer(s) supported the
claim.
