You can extract QB.OBJ from the LIB with
LIB QB.LIB *QB.OBJ;
but you don't need that. First make a combined lib:
LIB BOTH.LIB +QB.LIB+QBSER.LIB;
and then make the accompanying QLB directly from the LIB (you can't do
it the other way round):
LINK /Q BOTH.LIB, BOTH.QLB, NUL, BQLB45;
That's all there is to it. Succes!
