Yah sure, but I was never really one to get into debating racial
intellectual equality.  Why?  Because I am kinda sick of hearing
about it to tell you the truth.  No offence intended.

I don't really know one way or another, I never took an IQ test.
I was never interested in IQ testing.  To me IQ tests rank right
up there with statistics,... unreliable.

I am not a US citizen.  You know it would be interesting to see
how the average Canadian black measures up to the average
American black in IQ.  Our two culture are different enough that
I think the average Canadian black could have the higher IQ.
Perhaps your view IS correct, if so then I would say it is
because of American culture that they would have lower agerage
IQ.

There are so many factors here that a conclusion either way is
unjustified.  This is why I personally default to no difference
in the average intelligence between races.

Let me just point out one more time that American liberals and
conservatives are not the same as Canadian liberals and
conservatives.  When you say "liberal", what definition are you
using?

Citizens of what?  The mighty US of A?  What makes the USA so
much better then, say, Canada?  Big bombs?  Big military?  Big
ego?
Citizens or not, ALL humans (indeed all living creatures) deserve
equal rights.

smart?  If this is what you mean, then I find the idea rather
