Ian, I've read some of the comments sent to you, and your replies. I had one thought. Could you put the path of the directory that holds your preferred Editor into AUTOEXEC.BAT's PATH= statement? I use Win9x here, I'm not sure about how XP would do this although I believe I've seen somewhere that you can get XP to use a AUTOEXEC.BAT file with a certain program. In my MMAIL.RC I call the old DOS EDIT program. editor: edit Hope you get MM working FOR you after the redecorating is done at your home. * SLMR 2.1a #T348 * This statement fully describes the situation partially. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
