More power to ya, Ray. The people in the music biz (and the people
who program radio stations) know that every generation likes the
music they heard when they were coming of age. Period.
I think it's really funny that I have no use for the 'alternative'
music being made by people now in their 20s, and these same people
think I'm a fossil because I still listen to 70s rock 'n roll.
So enjoy your Duke Ellington and Glenn Miller while you're out for
a spin -- if us youngsters actually tried listening to those sounds,
we might actually like them!
