Ah.., so now you need to "qualify" the assertion. Interesting.
BTW, Saddam was free to do any sort of ground ops and fly helicopters above
the no-fly zone. There were no prohibitions against the majority of his
forces operating there. That he might choose to not go after Zarquawi is
rather convenient eh?

More accurately, you just deny the ample proof that exists.

If I know about them, why don't you? The situation has been reported
repeatedly. Could it be that your political views implement a
"filtering" mechanism that discards "inconvenient"
news?

" Q: Larry, post-handover, is there a change of status expected for
the MEK members who are being held at Camp Ashraf?
MR. DIRITA: It's a question -- their status remains what they are, which
is an international terrorist organization. How we manage the presence of
the MEK in Iraq is a matter of some discussions with the Iraqi government,
now that the Iraqi government is sovereign and capable of making decisions
on its own, and we're engaged in that discussion. But it happens to be a
country on the international terror list -- or a group on the international
terrorist list."
I'm curious to see how you'll spin this one now. Im probably going to need
a tachometer to measure the RPM's.
