I really hope so (A) It's close to Georgia so the locals should have full
knowledge of the rose revolution & (B) An unpopular gov following a
stolen election might attempt to divert via hostilities against Armenia
which wouldn't be helpfull.

Also buying votes at election time ain't unknown in the area.

M'self I reckon it's the opposition's to lose & the gov's to f*ck up.
both the rose & orange etc were kick started by fraudulent elections.
