Hello All!

Testing is moving on a pace and I hope all being good (health, hardware etc) 
to be in a position to
start system testing within  5 - 10 days.
At the moment responces are sent to a local echo but will be switched to ELIST 
once the results start
to look reasonable and yes there will be system / program mods going on during 
which will include
duplicate messages when refunning the same MOD files, please bear with me.

To that end I will need to start receiving more echo MOD-ADD files as 
ECHOtag.ECO files along with
any ECHOtag.RUL files although for any RULETEXT entries they will be copied 
over to a .RUL file.

Don't forget to also include lines of :
SUBJ MOD-xxx   where xxx = ADD, UPD or DEL
LANG ENGLISH
GROUP FIDO

Note that this version support any network other than Fido in the same run.

The only difference is that the REPORT and WARNing runs are run separately ( 
for safety more than
any thing ).

P.S. All data files are saved in archives before each run, so that I can pass 
them on to Dale as and
when he is ready if every one is happy with that.
