Did you try this in your TM.CFG

Desc NETMAILSAVE                    Netmail_read_&_received   KeepIt
Desc SAVEAREA                       Messages_written_to_you   KeepIt
Desc YOUWROTE                       Messages_written_by_you   KeepIt
Desc REMEMBER                       Messages_you_want_to_keep KeepIt
