Hello Ross!

On 04/12/2002, Ross Cassell was caught whispering to Bob Short about
Security Breach.

There is no "Dan Ceppahole" listed as a moderator in any echoes I
have seen.

Wrong.  There was no way that you could undeniably have know that it was Roy
at the time of the occurance.  That was not possible until after the fact when
you checked the logs and did your traces/pings.  Therefore, it could just as
easily have been any malicious user.

Therefore I feel it is still a breach.
