I just wanted to step in here and let some folks know that I have put
my four year old and I on the Feingold diet for ADHD and we have
noticed a great change in both of us.
His last years teacher asked me what I did to him over the summer and
told her it was the diet.  The school is very pleased with him this
year and so am l.
If anyone is interested in learning more about the 20 year old diet
feel free to drop me a line and I will gladly help you with it.
The nice part about the diet is that is does not cost anymore than feeding
your child. Your just in the kitchen more baking what he can have.
It works for us so maybe it will for you or your child!
