If I had the answer to that I would be very popular at work.   I
do think it will look more like rose/orange then Uzbekistan. Of course
Aliyev thinks it will be neither:

The Azeri government (unlike Uzbek) has enough money to really help the
population.  This could really slow down the opposition, if they choose to
take this path.
