It's fairly new.  I came up with the idea in October last year but only
finished writing the code (in PHP and C) to drive the site a month or so
ago.

I'm basically after any echomail unless it originates outside of FidoNet,
eg. a mailing list or newsgroup.  I have echomail from October 2002 onwards
but mail from before then is very patchy (except for the FTSC_PUBLIC and
NET_DEV echos).
