Umm no. Binary is mostly for the safety of the operatives & storage
people. It helps in terms of storage times but that's still only helps.
Keep em cold & make em pure & the Iraqis did neither.

Go ask you own people. They can give you an "assuming he stopped
production in year X then by year y all his stocks will be odd salts"
timeline.

It's what is so sad about the bollox that Bush tried to foist onto the
world in that :

A) There is only one WMD & it's the nuke. Beyond that, you may as well
also throw in area bombing, landmines & famine. Everyone was sure he
had no nukes.

B) Most knew that the stocks had a very real "best
before"/"use by" date. In fact all knew. The only question
was had he stopped making new stocks & most felt he had.

However......that didn't fit the post 9-11 policy goals so to hell with
rational thought, science & all that rubbish.
