There is also a freeware one that is distributed by Fernwood and is also on
Hobbes. Can't think of the filename though. :)

I use Souper to pull the newsgroups in and GIGO gates
them to fidonet.

Not sure about that, but the GoHTTP extension filter for
GoServe allows SSI and CGI.
