as it is supposed to do... all BSO (bink style outbounds) operate this
way... 00a is for zone 10...

you need to check your irex config and ensure that it is set for BSO... you
also need to ensure that you have all your addresses listed in all your FTN
packages... mailers and tossers... without that, nothing for zones other
than your default/main one will work...
