JEFFERSON CITY, MO--(SNS)  The planned Conference of the States is "pretty 
much" on
schedule, according to a spokesman familiar with the COS.hris Sifford, 
spokesman for Governor Mel Carnahan, D-MO., stated that although no date has
yet been set for the Conference, it is in fact "pretty much on schedule."
