So from your figures the Afghanis & Chinese & Indians (&
Russians) are much much more productive than Americans? Take anywhere with
a fairly low base & if it does OK it will get to those figures.

e.g. a simple rise in the oil price makes the Saudis, Russians etc
"more productive".
