Bullshit. You can try & pretend like Saddam was making new stocks if
you like & it makes you feel good but it doesn't make it true. Without
new stocks made since the mid 90'es there would be no useable stocks left
unless they had massively improoved their production capabilities (very
damn difficult to hide from US inspectors) and had nice cool storage
facilities (again very damn hard to hide post war).

Oh no they've fired some shells full of really quite smelly crystals...
