If so I am going to have to link the name/address to a system.

Email processor for this job (elist) can be totally independent of the rest of
my systems so that is
not an issue providing it will run under Linux as I have no wish to downgrade
and run my system under
windoz.
I do wish to maintain a high level of system security and windoz ain't it..
