1237bd0c100d c_echo Hello Jasen - WS>>> Well, as long as you are briging up the subject of file WS>>> transfers, does anyone know or have the MS-KERMIT WS>>> settings to match it up to the WildCat! BBS Kermit WS>>> settings? WildCat! JB> Maybe you coulde set up MS Kermit to shell to,an external JB> zmodem program.... when I was using C-Kermit with SLS JB> (linux version 0.95.something) I made a rz ans sz macro in JB> kermit that would run a unix zmodem program so that I could JB> start the transfers easily from the kermit command-line. JB> CE-XYZ is a dos zmodem prog that's free for non-commercial JB> use (cexyz100.zip) dunno if there are any totally free ones. The only external zmodem that will work at all as you describe using it (for DOS) is FDSZ and it will only download not upload. A few dial up terminal apps will use the INT14H and their internal zmodem will sometimes transfer but at 9600 baud speeds (if at all). This has been checked, double checked, and triple checked by many DOS users the past few years. W31 will do zmodem up/downloads quite nicely but DOS just doesn't have the proper software for this. Trust me I wasted quite a few years testing DOS zmodem apps on the internet. > > , , > o/ Charles.Angelich \o , > __o/ > / > USA, MI < \ __\__ ___ * ATP/16bit 2.31 * ...
