G'day Ian

Tell me about it, a few years back i was given a Telecom badged DPX224
without manuals :-( couldn't do a thing with it so i wrote a letter to
Dataplex asking if a manual was still available for it, about a week
later a package arrived in the post containing the manuals for the
modem with an invoice for $25 which i promptly paid. Now i call that
customer service.
