Not only did I upload the "Defense Electronics" article in question to AEN
well over a year ago, but this device was SHOWN in action on a BBC documetary
(highly critical of the Govt.) about Waco! I will attempt to dig up the
article, but it is avail. on Compu$erve in the "MagDB" database (from
ZiffNet). I did a search for "Davidian" or "Waco" (don't remember which) in
the Article Text, and came up with that article (among other fascinating
ones!). Hope that helps you! The article was entitled something like "Mind
Control and David Koresh", if memory serves...
