     Check your logs and see what Andrew Mcmullan did. That log entry 
is telling you that the lastuser file never got written into the user log 
(call time, downloads/uploads, etc) and deleted before Opus recycled. When 
the next caller logged on, Opus logged this info into the log file to let you 
know that there was a problem *before* the current caller.
