Greetings, Richard!
  On 14 Jun 97, Richard Brice entered the following ASCII codes for the 
express viewing pleasure of Bill Wunsch:
 RB> As I recall,  they were given an old altimeter setting.  I think someone
 RB> on the Board probably has the information.
They appear to have hit trees about 20 feet from their tops - the trees 
averaged 60 feet in height, and were on a 700 foot ridge about three miles 
from the runway threshold.
They were using two hour old ATIS info.  Had they asked for and properly set
the latest altimeter setting, it would have made about 80 feet of difference. 
They were, however, about 300 feet below the MDA when they hit the trees.
