For E-mail, I use my laptop that has what is called a screen reader, which
is, for all intents and purposes, a software based text to speech device.
However, for most of my reading, I download your stuff to what is called a
Braille Note. It is basically  a blind person's palm pilot. When I read the
telepathic parts it says "two stars" before and after the
telepathic communication in question. Hope I made that clear. If not, just
say so, and I'll try again.
