My point is that the material is no more a WMD than all the chemicals that
*could* be used to manufacture chemical weapons, *IF* he had the technology.
A chemical processing ("fertiliser") plant is a lot easier to
come by than uranium enrichment equipment...
So. No credible WMD have been found in Iraq. Certainly nothing that could
be used tactically. Remember, for it to be a WMD credible enough to justify
the invasion of Iraq there had to be enough of it to cause Mass
Destruction, ready for deployment in - what was it? - 45 minutes?
