 Logic would say that '11520', not '11250' would be the magic key, but I can 
settle for 57600.  I've had one Max user upload something today, with lots of 
CRCs, but everything else appears to be working fine.  Until I get a 2nd 
sample, I'll blame it on the user not having his flow control set properly.
