Read the above definition, an insult by defintion can be a truth. In
the noun form an insult is an offensive action or remark. That does not
mean it has to by untrue. When two conditions are connected by the word
"and" both conditions must by true to make the statement true.

For example, if I say Aggy is a feminist and beautiful, Aggy must be
both a feminist and also by beautiful or the states is not true. If
Aggy is indeed a feminist and ugly, then the statement is false.
