I've had that problem before-I simply emptied my browser's cache and
reloaded the page.  That seemed to fix the problem with favicon.ico not
loading.

Also, make sure you have this line in your HTML:



I've noticed that without it, I had a few problems (especially when testing
with IE) getting the icon to load correctly.
