Hmmm. It was a favorite at many a big family Thanksgiving dinner....
back when certain members were still alive and we all lived closer
together.

Me too. I'm starting to wax nostalgic.

Nod but a 'diet' can also mean 'the way I eat to maintain my weight
loss :) Once 'diet' becomes habit, perhaps it's not a 'diet' anymore
but rather simply the way we eat.

 ...............................................

CH> That and the bigger problem with 'diet' is most often lack of

They don't work because for one thing people vying for the image
would have to lead a more active life the way those celebrities do.
Ever notice in fast food commercials how healthy the people eating the
junk look? LOL. ((They Don't really eat it btw.)) Go to any fast food
joint and count the number of stunningly healthy looking adults.

I get a huge big kick out of the "victims" of FF. Somehow their fat is
the Company's fault. Gee McDonald's holds a gun to "your" head and makes
"you" eat their food? Oh nah. They're more subtle than that. The
Victim will say, "they 'talked me into it!". Gosh Victims lack the
power to say no? To not listen? Odd. They choose not to listen to
those who promote healthy eating habits. hmmm.

Im going to reply to the rest later..
