I didn't say I wanted or didn't want the easy stuff. I merely commented
that you went for it, as is typical for you. But perhaps you were too
busy deciding what I wanted, when you should have been reading for
comprehension.

Convince you that I deserve something better? I don't have the desire,
the responsibility or the ability to do so; it isn't worth the effort,
it's not my problem, and your mind is apparently impervious to good
sense if it comes from a feminist.

As far as the take, take, take propagandizing goes, one can't take what
isn't given up, even if that giving is under forced circumstances;
because there's always a choice in any situation, and that choice goes
both ways.

Perhaps if you stopped blaming women for your problems, whether it's
your mean old Mama or some cheating ex-girlfriend or that fifth-grade
teacher who told you to shut up and pay attention or some feminist
writer you've never met who has the stupid idea that men are an
inferior sex....you might be able to look a little closer to home and
recognize you are the problem.

You only see the world you make, sweetheart, to quote the lovely and
talented Miss Bonnie Raitt. And I'd certainly rather live in my world,
where I have loving friends of both genders who allow me to be a strong
or as weak; as intelligent or as ditzy; as productive or as lazy as a
person can be - than in your world, where such rigid gender-typing,
intolerance and bitterness seems to reside.
