When i-net/Fido transfering first started, there was a problem 
where "see this"  would be set as some like "see %20 this".  

I think it was a problem with the WIN editor inserting characters 
that translated strangely in plain ASCII.

True!   The only time time it's a bother if a word "changed" 
changes the meaning into something strange.  That usually be 
worked out of the prior context.  And, if it can't, I'll just 
send out for a confirmation.   

After all, I am famous for my tupos!
